Tell us a little about yourself.
Born and raised in Salem. 40 years old. Librarian by trade, currently working at Willamette University College of Law.
How did you hear about CrossFit and why did you start?
When I played Roller Derby, my derby coach was also a Crossfit coach and incorporated crossfit into our warm-ups. I cross-trained with Crossfit while playing derby. After retiring from derby I didn't do anything for almost three years! I realized I needed something close to work so I wouldn't have any excuses not to go, and I found C3 just by driving/walking around downtown.
